The Organic Core is a small-batch natural food and personal care brand based in D-17, Islamabad, Pakistan. We sell online through our Shopify-powered store and deliver across Pakistan. Our range includes Tough Roots hair care, Chilli Oil, Granolyx granola, and Blue Sparrow organic soaps, all prepared in small batches from our kitchen.

All products are subject to availability. We sell in small batches from our Islamabad kitchen and stock levels can change quickly. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative.

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. While we photograph our actual stock and aim for accurate colour representation, slight variations may occur between the image and the physical product due to screen differences.

All prices on our website are displayed in Pakistani Rupees and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout based on your delivery location and are displayed clearly before you confirm your order.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed on the website at the time you place your order, regardless of any subsequent price changes.

We accept Cash on Delivery for eligible locations across Pakistan and card payments processed securely through Shopify's payment system. By submitting your payment details you confirm that the payment method is yours and that you are authorised to use it.

If a pricing error is identified on our website and you have placed an order at the incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch to inform you of the correct price. You will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Orders and Contract

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart at the prices and on the terms shown. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us by email.

Once your order has been dispatched from our D-17, Islamabad kitchen, the contract between us is complete and our Refund Policy applies to any subsequent issues.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will always do our best to keep you informed if a delay is likely.

Our food products carry manufacturing dates and best-before periods. It is your responsibility to store products correctly according to the instructions on the packaging and to consume or use them within the stated period.
